Assessment
Evaluating Movement & Posture
Through a variety of movement patterns, we determine muscular and postural imbalances that can be addressed in your training program.
Measuring Cardiovascular Strength
Using a treadmill or step test, we will determine your VO2 Max, indicating the efficiency of your cardiovascular system.
Calculating Body Composition
We will measure your lean muscle vs. fat mass with our state-of-the-art Styku Imaging System. This allows us to customize your training plan to increase your power and strength.

Nutrition
Getting Off the Diet Treadmill
Most diets are unsustainable. Let’s throw out the number on the scale and focus on body composition.
Recognizing Dietary Preferences
We will work with your dietary preferences—Mediterranean, vegetarian, high protein, or the myriad of variations in between.
Meeting Nutritional Needs
Based on your lifestyle and body type, our trainers will determine how many calories you need to consume each day.
